As members may recall from this month’s dinner, we are planning a tour of the Colin and Nancy Campbell Archaeology Center at Colonial Williamsburg on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 5:30 PM.
Senior associate director Meredith Poole will lead the free tour. Following the tour, we have planned a Dutch-treat dinner at the local Mellow Mushroom (walking distance from the Archaeology Center) for those interested in dinner as well as visiting with other club members.
We are also inviting Torch Club members from local clubs. The tour can accommodate 30 to 35 people, so spots will be limited.
Peter Mellette is organizing the event, so he can answer any questions and he would also be the person to contact to reserve a spot for the tour and dinner. You can also use the Contact Us page if you prefer.
This is a great way for members to stay engaged over the summer, as well as meet members from another club.
